How to add you Ticker to Outlook Express


First make your HTML file as explained HERE

In Outlook Express click on TOOLS then OPTIONS then SIGNATURES


Click on NEW and (if you want it for every email you send ) SET AS DEFAULT


Select FILE and then browse for the HTML file you made earlier.


Click APPLY then OK and your ticker will be in your emails.
