i just ate my lunch and thought i'd give another idea for a low point meal.
birdseye has bagged frozen veggies that you microwave in the bag and they come out steamed. i think they call them Steamfresh. anyway...i had that, Broccoli and cauliflower mix, with 1/4 cup of cheese melted on top. 2pts.
another tip....if you have a can of something, or a bag of something that gives you the serving portion (say 1 cup) and then it says how many servings...double check. the veggies i just had said serving size 1 cup, about 3.5 servings. well, i measured it out and there was just over 2 cups of veggies in there, not 3.5 cups. just another way to save points
