dannon fit for life vanilla yogurt, i add cinnamon in it and 1/2 cup of Kashi Go Lean Crunch cereal is 2 pts, (some times i will cut up 1/4 cup of apples and throw it in)
low fat string cheese (2pts)
cinnamon toast (1pt)- 2 pieces aunt millies fiber for life bread, butter ( I use Smart Squeeze non fat margarine, 0pts) and i sprinkle cinnamon and split a packet of splenda between both pieces of bread
