I make the peach cobbler the same way, only instead of a cake mix on top, I use the ready to bake pie dough that they sell with the biscuits and stuff. Just tear it up into medium sized pieces and spread butter on top of it along with sugar and cinnamon. It makes for a crisp topping and is super good. Oh, and you have to add icecream! lol
