It actually was pretty decent. It was a last minute thing...mother was going to make it, but didn't have the time, so a friend of a friend knew of a bakery that was cheap and fast... The whole cake was $60 with tax. We only served half the bottom layer!

We have one of those air packing thingies that suck all the air out of the special little plastic bags and seals them, so we put one slice from the top layer in a plastic air-sucked bag and put it in the freezer. The top layer would feed 50, there was NO WAY I was putting it in my freezer for the next year!
