Thanks guys!! It's been tough, but I'm really pleased!
Regina - I started when I made the origional post, so April. It's not been a fast process...
DH and I started going to the gym 3x a week, and that got me the first 5 lbs pretty quick (from 125 to 120), but then I really stalled. I sat at 120 for a month or so and just couldn't seem to break through it.
So I started cutting food (no, wait, not like that!). I am 99% off of soda now, and I'm better about using light foods and simply less of them.
I use to have a habit to eat out of boredom, and I'm making sure I only eat when it's real hungar.
That finally broke my dry spell, and got me the other 3 lbs. I'm hoping to be at my goal weight (115) in another week or two.
My only complaint is that instead of the 8 lbs leaving my rear end, it's coming out of my face and bbs. So my butt is still big...
I know it sounds silly, to want to loose weight at 120, but keep in mind that I'm only 5'2" and I was 105 lbs when I got married.
