I guess I don't feel like it is time off. I have worked every summer, either coaching, spraying weeds for a contract company, or other job. This summer I coach 2 nights a week. I also do the lawn mowing, gardening, house cleaning, laundry, cooking, dishes, ect. DH helps with all those things during school, but I tell him they are my job during the summer. We also have a ranch, so I help DH out there as well. It is also my time to do any fixing around the house, painting, ect.

Kristy- Do you do all the housework and chores? If you do, then you should stop and see how DH feels about you "not working" then! Just Kidding! (That is something I would do, you are probably too nice to do that.) Does he normally take care of lawn and garbage duty? If he does, then maybe you can start doing that to make him feel better.

wtsparkle- There are lots of summer jobs out there, maybe look into one, you can earn a little spending money and keep busy!
