Enjoy, my office always request I bring the cheese ball to our parties.

Cheese Ball
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. Cream cheese 1 Tablespoon chopped pimento
8 oz. shredded sharp cheddar cheese 1 Tablespoon finely chopped onion
1 Tablespoon finely chopped green pepper 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
Dash of garlic salt (optional, I don’t) 1 Tablespoon of lemon juice
Dash of cayenne or red ground pepper
Chopped nuts to cover cheese ball

Mix cream cheese and shredded cheese well, then mix in all other ingredients. Roll into ball and chill for several hours. Roll into ball and roll in nuts. Better if made 24 hours in advance. Serve with crackers

“Ham” Ball

1 can Treet or Spam, shredded 1/3 cup of chopped fine onion
8 oz. cream cheese ¼ cup sweet pickles chopped finely
¾ cup of Miracle Whip Chopped nuts to cover ball

Mix all ingredients together except nuts and chill for several hours. Roll into ball and cover with nuts. Serve with crackers.

Cheese Rosettes

1 pound sharp cheese, grated 1 teaspoon salt
¾ pound margarine 1/8 teaspoon red pepper
1 Tablespoon sugar 4 cups plain flour

Cream margarine and add cheese. Mix remaining ingredients. Press or mold as desired. Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 – 20 minutes.

Chicken Ball

2 (8 oz.) Cream Cheese 1 can chunk white chicken, drained
1 envelope Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing
Chopped nuts to cover ball

Mix together chill. Roll into ball and cover with nuts.
