Turtle Brownies

1 german chocolate cake mix, mix as directed.
1 bag carmels
1 can condensed milk
1 cup chopped nuts (I use pecans but walnuts work well too)

In a 9 x 13 pan, grease and bake 1/2 cake mix at directed temp for 20 minutes. In sauce pan put milk and carmels, and heat on low until melted. Pour over particially cooked cake mixture. Then sprinkle nuts and add remaining cake mixture and bake the rest of the time of until you think is done. Wonderful! Let cool or you will burn youself!
