Wow, everyone is doing so well. I need to make sure I post everyday to make sure I keep to my goals. This weekend was a huge struggle. But all and all I did really well. I ended up losing an additional........................4.5 lbs last week from the gym!!!!! I'm gonna update my ticker after the post.
kelly-great job on the running and the elliptical. I use the elliptical everyday at the gym. Except I did not go on Sat. though.

jenna-I LOVED south beach when I did it. The weight comes off fast in the beginning. I'm glad you are enjoying it. WTG on your total weight loss though. You will have those last 15 lbs. off in no time.

laura-wow 8 miles on the bike. I wish I could get out and ride like that. I have a 2 seater bike trailer, but I have not done it with both boys yet. Nathan must love it on the bike.

I know I'm missing people, I only went back a page or so. I'm gonna try to motivate us like Karen! Lets all have a strong beginning of the week!
I'm gonna try to do all my workouts this week everyday at the gym, except Sunday. Plus and additional 30 minutes on swimming laps with Briana playing in the pools there. Now just to make better food choices and I think I'll be good.
edit: I just updated my ticker, YA I have finally lost 20 lbs!!!! I'm almost a 1/4 of the way to my goal!!!!
