Oh Claire I about wet may pants when I read what you were picturing a boston butt, but hey they do like nice in those baseball pants don't they? Boston Butt is a cut of pork that comes from the upper part of the shoulder from the front leg and may contain the blade bone. Great to cook on a barbeque pitt.
