I thought it would be fun to tell the story of how you met your DH. Ill go first.

Dhs parents own a car dealership and I was shopping for a car. He was a manager at the time and not supposed to be helping customers but they were short handed so he was selling that day. We went on a test drive and the car broke down, I went back a few days later and drove it again and something went wrong with the tire. Needless to say by this time I knew I wasnt buying that car but thought he was cute so I kept going back. I thought my charms werent working on him though and after 2 weeks he came in to where I worked and told me he was headed out of town and that the car was fixed so if I wanted to drive it again I should go talk to his brother. I was devastated that he was so obviously not into me. I had planned on going out on a date on a Saturday when he finally called and asked me out, so I canceled my date and went out with him. Come to find out they have a rule at the car lot that you are not supposed to date your customer so he really wanted me to go talk to his brother so I wouldnt be his customer anymore and when I didnt He finally asked his Dad if he could just ask me. We like to joke now about him asking permission to date me.

He says he knew by the end of the first test drive we would be married, it took me a llttle longer but I try not to tell him that.
