Bina- That's great! I weight everyday. It really keeps me in check and keeps my weight in the front of my mind. I take it with a grain of salt since it can fluctuate.
Cassie- LOL about the poop! I think that is a good idea, though.
I was 1lb down today- FINALLY! I had this big 5lb drop week 1, then gained 3.5 back and it's taken me two weeks to lose that! I'm SO into instant gratification. I don't have the patience for this!
