Color blind??????
I am getting worried. I know that every child is different but Madison knew all her colors but Lela age. Madison could count to 20, say her abc's but Lela talks much better than Madison did. Okay but here is what worries me. I have been trying to teach Lela her colors and she is just now getting it at all. Sometimes I think she might be starting to catch on but she is not. I have even picked up a purple block and tell her to find another on jsut like it and she just picks up any other block. I read that they don't start saying the colors until around 3 but she should be starting to get the idea of it. I am starting to worry that maybe she is color blind. I think it can be hereditary (sp) and I do have an Aunt and a first cousin who are both color blind.
I might just be over thinking things but it has me worried. Does anyone have any experience with this??
Oh and I was looking online and I never knew that there were different types of color blind where you can see colors. Its hard to explain but I took a few online test of matching up colors and it told me I had a blue/green color blind. What is funny about that is that there are many times that someone will say a color is blue or green and I will disagree and think it isn't. Okay I am sounding crazy here.
