We coated a pan with non stick spray threw in some shrimp with salt, pepper & garlic powder...sauteed that until cooked then added 2 cans of sliced tomatoes. We cooked a little pasta and had that together. We also had some green beans. It was really good and healthy, but we are both a little hungry now. I may have a few sweet pickles for snack.
