claire-your doing great by quiting. I agree with keeping the bad foods out of the house. I have zero willpower at times, it is better just not in the house.

Well I have been still going to the gym, Ethan is having a tough time this week with going to the kids club. But I'm just trying to add 15 additional minutes each day, till he is fine with about an 1 1/2 of me gone. That is making the workouts stressful. But on a lighter note, tomorrow morning I have my first appt. at the gym with the trainer. I have 10 sessons with the trainer. So that is great, hopefully they will direct me the right way to success. I am truly enjoying the workout time again. I can't wait, I'm gonna do the cycling class on Thursday.
