Hello - I would love to join you guys. I was already 20 pounds up when I started my last IVF. I am down 30 pounds from delivery - and I do think I still have some fluid. I can't believe I am still swelling. After 11 weeks of bedrest - my body is like jello - so my body is like jello right now.

I have my follow up appt. with my ob on 7/2 - hopefully he'll give me the ok to at least start some form of exercise.

I also have to do a little better with my diet. With Andrew in the NICU my eating is sporadic and the choices are not always good ones. I want to start today...but know realistically - I won't be completely dedicated until Andrew is home with me.

Does anyone know if it is a myth about breast feeding and weightloss??? Someone told me you don't notice it until you stop - and that while you are breast feeding your body holds onto the fat and calories to make sure you are producing millk?? Who knows...either way - the weight loss seems to have slowed down !

Thanks,
Jen
