Oh, and for the most part, I've been doing well with the smoking cut-down. My toughest time is going to be at home alone in the evenings. I've made a decision that I'm not going to take cigarettes with me anywhere, which will cut out smoking in the car. Have one or two in the morning when I'm 'coming to', then none again until I get home at night. I used to do it all the time years ago; not smoke during the day. So, I'm not sure what the next step after that is. I might not make my June 20th goal (life's pinhair turns while trying to quit smoking is not helpful), but if I can be just down to one or two a day by then, maybe one morning and one nighttime, I'll be satisfied. Cause it's babyfood to go from one or two a day to none a day.

And I can't believe I'm at the weights I 'remember'. When I was 20, 21, I rmember being 194-197lbs. At 197 now, it feels kinda weird.

Sticking with my push ups. Still doing 15 at night, and 10 in the morning. There've been a FEW times where I've forgotten one or the other in the past week, maybe three times only, so I'm okay with that.

Supposed to start the month long Zumba class tonight...I don't know if I have the energy. It's twice a week for four or five weeks. Gail can only do the Thursday classes, and I'd need to be on the move to get there in time tonight. And my mother annoyed me the other day. BUT, it would be something to do...*sigh*
