Whole Wheat Pizza Dough

2 1/2 C whole wheat flour
1 1/2 C white flour (but you can use all WW flour, it's just a little more 'thick')
2 pkg of rapid rise yeast (they make yeast specifically for WW flour. Your store might carry it)
3/4 C olive oil
1 1/4 C water
pinch of salt and sugar/honey (to taste)

Combine 1/4 C warm water with yeast and let sit for 4 minutes

Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees
Mix whole wheat flour and white flour, 1 C of water, 3/4 c olive oil, yeast mixture and salt/sugar/honey. Mix well and the let sit for 10-15 minutes

You can cut it in half and make 2 pizzas from one batch of dough. roll out and cook just pizza dough for 10 minutes. Take out an dspread piizza sauce and toppings. Bake for another 10-12 minutes.
