Just as a FYI - All of the powdered cinnamon sold in supermarkets in the US is actually Cassia. You don't want to be eating tons of that. Cassia - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

edit: I guess the studies done have been with cassia and not actual cinnamon. Just becareful as some beleive that cassia has a toxic component called coumarin.
