Rac - Thanks for posting that. For my correspondence course I'm taking "health for life" and I have to write a 3 page report on any one health topic and I choose Diabetes. I went into GNC to get a box of Atkins bars for my diet and they were offering samples of the cinnamonforce and I tried it and at that time I had really bad breath LOL. I noticed a difference even hrs after I took it(brushing doesnt normally help and that's why they say on Atkins to chew gum ). The 1st phase of atkins gives you really bad breath cause your body is buring stored fat and ketons are being release through the breath. I knew cinnamon was good for you, but I was shocked about it helping to maintain healthy blood sugar levels, and that is why i wanted to try it. I got a phaplet(sp?) on the cinnamon force in GNC too and it stated that Cinnamon helps combat Diabetes. I will be using that info in my report also .

Quote:
BAD BREATH:
People of South America, first thing in the morning gargle with one teaspoon of honey and cinnamon powder mixed in hot water. So their breath stays fresh throughout the day.

WEIGHT LOSS:
Daily in the morning 1/2hour before breakfast on an empty stomach and at night before sleeping, drink honey and cinnamon powder boiled in one-cup water. If taken regularly it reduces the weight of even the most obese person. Also drinking of this mixture regularly does not allow the fat to accumulate in the body even though the person may eat a high calorie diet.
WOW if only I could take honey to test this one out. Although I dont think it could help severed nerves since I have 22% hearing in my right ear. Would be a dream come true for me to hear normally again.

HEARING LOSS: Daily morning and night honey and cinnamon powder taken in equal parts restore hearing.
