I got the cinnamon force today like i mentioned last week I was getting. I can already feel it kicking my cravings in the butt! Each night around 8/9pm I have a coffee craving and before dinner I set the coffee maker, well right after eating I took my cinnamon force and I dont have ANY cravings for ANYTHING not even for my coffee .
