Tammy, yum hot wings...can you post the recipe (or give me the link if you already have)? DH and I LOVE hot wings but we usually end up getting them from Chili's or somewhere where they are totally BAD for you.
Cassie ~ You can do it! Stay strong at your parents house, like you said it is all about portion control. That is what I need to work on. Since DH is the cook, he makes my plate (I know, I sound like a little kid) and he ALWAYS gives me the better cut of meat, or a portion as big as his and the way I was raised you are just supposed to clean your plate KWIM?
