OK- I guess I'd better make myself some goals for the week, too.
AF should be here w/in a few days, so LOTS of water.
Nothing to eat after 7pm - only water or decaf.
1 Diet Coke/day (this will be a toughie - I'll try to have tea instead)
Get in all my workouts from the running program - Mon/Wed/Fri/Sat + 10 mins on the elliptical extra on the other days.
Eat more fruits/veggies - Oooh - that's a lot of goals for one week.

(And Wednesday night won't count b/c of DH's b-day - but I guess I'll get in a extra workout w/ him that night)
