Well I'm almost ready for my trip to see dh on Saturday

Things haven't gone as well as I would have liked for my weight lose as I've only lost 2lbs. since having started two weeks ago. But with having to take care of my sister I haven't had the opprotunity to work out. I have made dietary changes and have only had one can of sprite in the last two weeks. But zebra cakes seem to be calling my name all hours of the night, instead of caving into my craving I grab a handful of dried cherries or fruits. I think that once I am able to work out the weight will start to melt off. Unfortunately I haven't been using my body ball as the kids popped it lol. Going to look into getting a new one and maybe a pedometer. The puppy issue cleared up that same night, the dad told the kids and showed them where he had buried the dog in the backyard...ever since the kids have made memorials and so forth for it and are visiting it almost everyday

B: half a cup of smart start cereal with organic fat free milk and dried cherries thrown in
