Karen -Thanks!!

I took Alyssa out for another 1.5 hr walk yesterday( so almost 5 hrs all day walking). I did over 16,000 steps yesterday too! Time to get in the shower and get my but out before we have to be at our Mothers day at the IL's at 3pm.
