The hypothalamus then tells the pituitary gland to pump up its hormone production (TSH, FSH and Prolactin). The FSH that is produced stimulates the follicles, which in turn tells the ovaries to produce estrogen (and later the corpus leutum to produce progesterone) and LH. That is why there's a higher chance of multiples when you take Clomid becaue several follies can develope with mature eggs. The chemical reaction in each person is different, though. I *should* O 5-9 days after my last pill, so they say. We'll see what happens.
