Steph - Thanks and I know I do have to put on my big girl panties . I think Christie was right and I just had too much sodium before bed and I guess I should have drank more water after eating that to flush it out.

We are just getting in from the park 3hrs later , another 7000 steps(3.77 miles so far today). The sky is getting darker and darker so I beat the rain and glad I got her and I out . Time to go eat some salad .
