Lindy - YAY to 2 lbs! Breakfast today was sauteed spinach and mushrooms with eggwhites and cheddar, 2 slices of ww toast. I just had a bowl of Kashi Heart to Heart for lunch and some celery and carrot sticks.... and a few almonds.
