Okay girls today is a NEW week and I am getting back on track!!! I plan to start eating better and want this new found five pounds BACK off...Plus in a ideal world five more than that but seems the last ten pounds is the HARDEST to lose. SO that being said I am going to try and walk today. Not sure with my body being used to hard core cardio if it willl even react but it is better than nothing.
Christie- get your butt in gear TODAY! I want a run from you and good eating choices! The rest of you girls TOO! Let's all have a great Monday!
