Ok, so I posted what we had for brunch. Now we had pot pie for lunch. I only ate half of it bc, I got full really quick. I had a half a sm cup of diet caffeine free diet coke, just to kick my dp craving. I didn't even finish what was in there. As for dinner, we are having broiled salmon with whole grain wheat rice that is organic. I am only going to do 1/3 of a cup. Then it will be topped w/ onion, celery, red bell pepper. I buy it frozen and it is already chopped so I eat it with everything. I sautee it with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and a smidge of butter for flavor. Then, I guess it will be peas bc I don't have any salad. So, I guess I am doing really well so far. I haven't cheated yet. Although DD had powdered sugar donuts yesterday and keep asking me if I wanted any. I am ready for tomorrows weigh in. I know I probably haven't lost much but it will be enough for the few days I have been dieting.
Well, I will be on first thing in the am with a hopeful weight loss!
