Morning ladies... sounds like everyone is doing great!! Keep it up!!

Kelly - 1/2 a pound is still great! Your doing awesome Mama!

Karen - You will be back in the game in no time mama! Don't worry too much.

(Sorry if this doesn't make sense, but it does to me and I see now what I did wrong) Well I think I know why I havent been lossing like i was the 1st 2 weeks. I read on the atkins site for certain things like sweetner to call it 1 carb and not the .5 carb that is on that package. Same with eggs that are 0 on the carton and to call it 1 carb etc. I downloaded the chart from their site that tells you how to count all the food items etc. Anyway I guess I was not reaching my 20 carb limit for the day and not enough caleries, so now Im not following the atkins nutritional chart and going by what it actually says on the nutritional label for each foods(which I was doing for the 1st 2 weeks but not this week, go figure ). I know this too because yesterday "I thought/knew that I went over my carbs from 20 to 30 the way I'm counting them", then when I re-evaluated them I see what I really need to do". I made a ice cap yesterday and homemade protien bars and right there from my calculations is 10 carbs!!( 5 for each the bar and the ice cap, and ohhhhhhhhhh my my my was it good good good hehe. Dh loved them both too and was very pleased with the taste) Half my daily limit and today I'm right back to the weight I was on tuesday this week. So Im happy but I haven't lost this week like I did the 1st two weeks but hopefully now I know what I was doing wrong. I ate like a little piggy yesterday too . Hoping tomorrow I drop a little also for weigh in day . Total as of today since 04/14/08 is 12.8 lbs!! I even took some benefibre yesterday and was able to go and didnt go up on my weight!!
