Ok, so i started my diet. I went and got a 2 week free membership at the gym and did 1 hour in water aerobics, 10 minutes swimming laps, 10 minutes on the treadmill, and 10 minutes on the eliptical. Breakfast was 3/4 cup of dry life cereal. Snack was a banana. Lunch was rice with lean ham. meat ground up with onions, celery, and red bell peppers. Small glass of milk and actually, I am stuffed. I am also drinking some strawberry kiwi water by nestle. So, I am loving this diet so far. I am going to a spin class tonight! I am supper excited to be in this thread and hope will all the support I will achieve my long term goal of 135. My short term is 195. Mondays I will weigh in bc that is the day me and a friend are going to weigh in. I like that now I will be held accountable. Let's kick some fat butt!

Brandy- Welcome, I am new in this section. I am glad to hear that you are ready to kick some fat butt! I know I am but I have no choice at this point.
Stephanie- I love the idea of brushing your teeth and mouth wash that makes sense.
Alyssasmommy- thanks I will look at that after i pick up dd from school.
Vicki- Welcome. I am a newbie. We def. have similar goals. I can't wait for Monday to see if I have lost anything.
