Bina- I am so happy for you! I am so glad that the #'s went up soooo much. Wahooo for high numbers.
Ok, so i started my diet. I went and got a 2 week free membership at the gym and did 1 hour in water aerobics, 10 minutes swimming laps, 10 minutes on the treadmill, and 10 minutes on the eliptical. Breakfast was 3/4 cup of dry life cereal. Snack was a banana. Lunch was rice with lean ham. meat ground up with onions, celery, and red bell peppers. Small glass of milk and actually, I am stuffed. I am also drinking some strawberry kiwi water by nestle. So, I am loving this diet so far.
