A couple of breakfast ideas for those doing WW that I liked.
1) The weight control oatmeal-1 packet is 3pts, it has LOTS of protein which makes it filling. I also kept some at work to eat as a "snack" and they can help with sweet cravings too! The banana bread was my fave.
2) Curve whole grain crunch cereal-only 100 calories a serving. I would measure out 1 cup for breakfast and with ff milk it was only 4pts.

When I did WW, I basically had one of these for breakfasts, a frozen Lean cuisine or Healthy Choice meal for lunch (stock up when they are on sale) and then used one of the WW recipes for dinner. I also had a couple of planned snacks such as the 100 calorie popcorn bags, sugar free jello, for when you get those after dinner cravings.

Vicki-congrats on committing to your goals, I know you can do it!! I've done both Atkins and WW, and I've found that WW is easier when you have a husband/kids to cook for because there are a lot of ww recipes that are good for the whole family.

Sorry for the long post, just wanted to share what worked for me!
