Melissa - Yea, I know what you mean. The kids at my friend's school are either ritzy rich or dirt poor. There's no middle. Some of them literally have nothing. It's a shame. Dh and I also rationalized...I told him that maybe our kid will find the cure for AIDS. Who knows!
