5'6" and 208 lbs.
I have a membership to WW but I am so unmotivated it really takes alot to get me there from week to week. (I didn't go this week) I like doing the flex plan but I hate journaling. There in lies one of many problems.
Lindy ~ If WW is the way you go, I recommend the Core Plan, because it emphasizes the fruits and veggies.
