Hi everyone!!!!!
My name is Brandy, and I'm 26 yrs old, 5'6" and weigh 210 lbs as of this morning....

My goal is to lose 65 lbs over the next 6-8 months, by cutting out the junk food and sodas and sticking with fruits and veggies. And LOTS of water !!!! Plan an exercise regimine(sp) that I can handle and keep up with lol
Unfortunately there isn't a gym in my area so I'm kinda on my own for exercise here, but I do love to ride my bike with the kids...so best of luck to everyone!!!!
