Claire - I've checked out that section too and I just don't work out enough to participate (not to mention I eat too much crap)... I go through spurts but always fall back into the bad routines. I hate the fact that I'm not the same size I was when DH and I started dating 7 years ago.

Rebecca - I will look into that Ecover stuff when I run out of my toxic detergent Maybe I'll give Seventh Generation a second shot - I liked the detergent just found that the non-chlorine bleach didn't really work. I think I might try this stuff: Earth Friendly Products Oxo Brite

Bina - I do have a great doctor. I'm so glad that I finally switched several months ago since I had put up with a horrible one for years.
