Here is a good fast/easy cake/brownie recipe I made yesterday - it has gotten rave reviews form a couple friends and DH, and me, if I do say so myself.

2 c. Milk
1 small box chocolate instant pudding mix
1 box chocolate cake mix
1 regular sized bag chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 deg. and grease the bottom of a 13x9" pan. Mix the milk and pudding mix as directed on the box, then instead of refrigerating, dump the dry cake mix into it and mix it up well....it will be a pretty stiff batter/dough. Spread it out in the bottom of the pan, then dump/spread all the Chocolate chips on top of the batter. Back in oven for 40 minutes!!! ALL DONE! This is a moist and awesome brownie treat.

Also you could do other combos of flavors....chocolate cake and pudding with peanut butter chips, white cake with vanilla pudding and white chocolate chips, yellow cake butterscotch pudding and butterscotch chips!!! Etc. Be creative - it only take a few minutes to mix up!
omg this smells sooo good!!
